Fees

Individual Counselling

Session fee (50 mins) : $185 

With a referral from your GP in the form of a Mental Health Care Plan, Medicare may cover $87.25 with a gap payable of $97.75, up to 10 sessions per calendar year.

Concession rate of $145, with a gap payable (with Medicare rebate as above) of $57.75.

We are not a bulk-billing practice. 

Cancellations within 48hrs will incur a cancellation fee of $70. Non-attendance of sessions will incur a fee of $100. 

The full amount is payable on the day with the Medicare rebate back in your nominated account usually within 1-2 business days.

NDIS, DVA, Return to Work Programs

Session fee: as per funding schedule.  

Progress reports will be charged according to your service agreement. 

Cancellations or non-attendance within 48 hours:

NDIS: will be charged to your plan at the full rate as permitted by the funding agency. 

DVA, EAP and RtWSA: will be charged directly to the individual as above. 

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling

EAP is a service provided by your employer, allowing you a set allocation of sessions funded by them. If your employer engages Inman Psychological as their EAP provider, seek a referral through them or contact us for further details. 

Fees are invoices directly to the employer.  Cancellations or non-attendance will be charged directly to the individual, as above.
